The Best In Vancouver competition is back this year, bigger than ever! We went sky diving in the rain and chatted over the radio with Vessel about the competition.
1: Describe your sound for those who haven’t heard you?
We are an instrumental progressive band that mixes elements of ambience with heavier vibes. Our sound changes throughout our set from ethereal cleans to crushing metal rhythms.
2: How do you stand out from the other bands in this competition?
We stand out from the other bands in this competition because we perform an entirely instrumental concept album live thats story is told and supported by ambient background tracks that que the listener along the way
3: Who is one of your favorite local bands?
Our favourite local bands are the ones who we have shared a stage with and who have supported us as much as we have them.

5: If you win, which prize are you most excited about?
We would be over the moon to win the recordings as a prize because we want to go into a studio to record our next EP seeing as we recorded the first album all by ourselves
