1: Describe your sound for those who haven’t heard you?
Soft sad queer indie folk pop rock?
2: What separates you from other artists around Vancouver?
I think I have a unique experience and style of songwriting. I've been performing around Vancouver since I was 14 and I try to write as honestly about my feelings as I can, even when it's uncomfortable. I'm autistic and I experience my emotions really deeply and complex and I think it affects my songwriting a lot in ways that I'm honestly very proud of.
3: Who is one of your favourite local bands?
I love Nolan Fae, Babe Corner, Sleepy Gonzales, and Dawson Gool lately!
4: Whats coming up for you?
I just released an EP called "The Runaway" and aside from the Let's Hear It! showcase, I'm playing April 29 for Surrey's Party For The Planet, and I have a few more shows coming up, people can follow me to hear the announcements! I'm also working on my second album at Helm Studios.
