Loud As Hell is one of Canada's premiere metal festivals. They have an amazing history of the top talent coming through their stage. Each year they highlight some of the world's best metal bands. Dont miss this year's festival on August 4th, 5th and 6th. We restrung classic guitars and chatted with Jungle Rot about their thoughts on the festival and what they are bringing to the stage this year!
1: Describe your sound for those who haven’t heard you?
We play Oldschool Death Groove with a Attitude Death Metal.
2: What separates you from other metal bands?
We have been doing this now for over 30yrs. We have 11 full length albums out that's alot
3: Who is one of your favourite local bands?
One of my favorite local bands right now is the band Molder out of Joliet Illinois. They are carrying the oldschool torch for the next generation and I like that. Check them out.
4: Whats a memorable tale from one of your shows?
A Memorable show for me is any of the European open air festivals we had the pleasure of playing. They are always ran so professionally well. You have a chance to relax and eat also maybe check out other bands playing on the festival during that day. Always a geat time playing to the larger crowds as well.
